职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
Job Description:
l Serve as principle contact for developing and maintaining relationships with OEM customers
l Manage and develop Application / Sales Engineers, Prototyping and Customer Support Staff.
l Interfacing and managing relationships with customer Proct Development, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Manufacturing personnel.
l Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the development and manufacturing proct lifecycle
l New Proct Development and Launch Leader.
l Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to customers.
l Manage local customers open items and work with the ASC global team to resolve commercial and technical items.
l Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for automotive and instrial accounts.
l Meet and exceed sales, profit and market share objectives identified in yearly sales plan.
l Build market demand for all part brands of the company
l Collect, assess, review and submit market information including competitive information and proct publications etc
l Support other sales and marketing team to achieve the regional and national sales targets
l Develop sales and marketing reports by proct by customers on regular basis
