say是个及物动词，一般情况下后面直接跟名词或从句作宾语，如：say a word（说一句话），He said that he would come tomorow.(他说他明天来。) 后面如果跟动词不定式，往往是在非正式语体中，相当于tell sb to do sth，如： He said （=told me） to meet him here. (他告诉我在这儿等他。)

首先宾语从句后面要接从句，也就是说它要接句子结构为：say+主+谓+宾而say to do sth就相当于一个句型造句：He said that he would go 这里后面接了个句子 He said to go out to play 动词不定式做宾语，把它看成一个句式就可以
