I am an undergraate from E.C.U.S.T..
I have a solid foundation in English through my long-term study of it. I have a strong wish to become a hotel assistant. My wish becomes especially stronger as my knowledge in hotel instry grows through self-study.
I am very interested in Shanghai Yuehua Hotel. It is a 5-star hotel that belongs to the World Travelers Network. The hotel caters to foreign guests. The hotel owns two world class buildings with 150 deluxe suites and guest rooms. It has a variety of specialized meeting rooms varying in size and function. It is a top class hotel for meetings and vacations because of its complete facilities, advanced equipments, standard services and professional management. Yuehua Hotel is definitely the idea place for guests to stay.
Working in hotel instry means serving people. Your hotel has a motto that “People foremost , rule strict” which I completely agree with. Through my self-study, I learned that in order to create a “home away from home” environment for customers, all employees have to strictly adhere to the hotel policy.
I really hope that Yuehua Hotel could offer me an employment opportunity.If I have the opportunity to work in Yuehua Hotel，I would comply with all rules and regulations. I would definitely keep on learning, fulfilling my ties and completing all the tasks assigned by supervisors. I would welcome an opportunity to contribute to the continuing success of your company.

Were I lucky enough to work for Yuehua Hotel，I would observe all rules and regulations ，and ask to be nodded strictly to myself.
不要说lucky比较好，个人认为改成,If I have the chance to work for...比较好
I presume that Yuehua Hotel is a wise choice for me.这一句比较怪，重点不要说月华给我什么，而应该说我能为月华做什么比较好吧，I wish I could contribute to Yuehua Hotel.

一般来说cover letter里面主要应该是说它和你的专业或者能力的相关性，而不是告诉HR这些他也知道的信息比较好，cover letter是吸引眼球的，太长了有副作用的

从你的英文简历的内容结构来看,你完全没有必要用如此多的篇幅来描写酒店的介绍,因为每一位HR没有那么多的时间看这些不必要的东西,你要把你自己的characteristics写的突出明白才行.
2.Working in hotel instry means serve people.
这个句子是有语法错误的,means和 serve 同为动词,怎能这么用?
你用serving people 这个动名词结构作宾语.
3.Sincerely yours
简历或者求职信的结尾礼词后要加逗号,用
Sincerely yours,
4.日期不写在结尾,要写在DearXXX的上面一行,靠近右上角
Nov. 2008,你的具体日期没有写哪天
5.Letter of Recommendation 要居中
