不要对老板说你 I am not good at speaking english,but I will spare no effort to learn it.公司并不是给你们学习的地方，而是直接实战。

给到的自我介绍如下。

My name is xxx, and you can call me xxx(English name) as well.

I am the person who drives for results ,I have been as the volunteer manager in 16th Shanghai Film Festival whose ty is hiring 40 volunteers. In order to complete the goal, firstly i break down the goal into different channel, Renren 10 volunteers, Wechat 20 volunteers and 10 volunteers from the students surrounding me. Finally I complete my goals and use the same way to do my partner's favor.

Besides, I also good at conflict managementbecause I thought conflict is opportunity. Before going to university, I have conflict with my parents about what I want to learn. My parent thought I should learn Accounting but what I want is Administation Business. However I found the same point is easy to find job. 不会英语怎么能被外企录取呢？“临阵磨*不快也光”弄虚作假暂的英文自我介绍都是表面上的事，外企需要熟练的英语，很多文件资料都是英语版本（暂且只限定一种外国语言），面试一提问不就露馅了？到时让人辞退多没面子。你若有高学历水平，不如踏踏实实找一个力所能及的好公司去面试。追问我的简历里已经注明我英语不好了，而且offer已经下给我了这几天我正在办理入职了，猎头告诉我boss看重了我的能力和我在上一家公司的业绩，希望我见boss的时候说两句证明我是有努力想学习英语的，you know?

其实没必要那么紧张，想要短期搞定几乎不大可能，自己顶多背诵，不能听懂不能交流都是假的。不如实实在在展现自己的长处。追问对的其实我也是这样想的，但是猎头说最好是自我介绍要说好一点，证明我英语不好但是我在学习，有这个目标和动力去学习英语。。我想想也对

追答我倒觉得不要弄巧成拙，不如坦白然后表个决心。
