1."Voluntary School Run-school Licence of People's Republic of China" is the license for Civilian schools to launch run-school activities according to "Law of Civilian-Run Ecation Promotion of PRC".

2.The "Run-school License" shall consist of the original and plicates. The original should be put in full position of main ecational area in school.

3.It is forbidden to forge, alter, trade, rent and lend the "License". Except the license-issuing authority, no other organization or indivial is allowed to capture or revoke the "License".

4.The school should undertake run-school activities in permitted range.

5.Any modification of content in the "License" should be noted in the plicate and modifying seal should be stamped by the issuing authority. The issuing authority will also change and re-issue orginal of the "License".

6.The school should return the "License" to Issuing Authority when the school is revoked. The "License" will be invalid after being revoked by the issuing authority.
