Many people are inclined to do one job in theirlives. In their opinions, people who change their jobsfrequently are superficial and tactless. They believethat the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helpsmake an txpert.
But there are still many people who don’t agree. They argue that change means progress. If you are not satisfied with your present job, ofcourse you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Everychange is a step to further success. This idea may be. the reason why they change their jobs sooften.
For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportuniry. Butonce you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, it is advisable tosettle down to it and put all your efforts into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy ofachieving your goal.

Some of us like changing their jobs because they like exicting and challenging things.They don't like to be busy with one job all the time.
However,some people didn't like changing their jobs as it's very stable.Nowa days,finding a job is not an easy thing.
In my opinion,it's a good choice to change our jobs so that we can find a job which is suitable for us.However,when we have found what we want,we have to put our mind in it for a whole life and work hard for it so that we can make a contribution to the world and realize value of our lives.
