"Hotel Transylvania", the first installment of the "Hotel Transylvania" series, tells the story of a vampire who opens a monster hotel in order to spend a safe summer with his beloved daughter Mavis. The hotel welcomes monsters of all kinds, but the sudden visit of a human guest puts everyone's life in danger. The father and daughter work together with other monsters to send the human guest back home safely, while keeping the hotel's location a secret.
