【Abstract】Reputation is an important asset formed by enterprises in its proction and operation, step by step. With the coming of knowledge-economy era, reputation is playing a more and more important role in the enterprises. At present, no complete accouting system has been established for reputation accouting. It has always been the focus and nos in the research that how to confirm, measure and record the reputation scientifically. Thus, more attention should be paid to the research and discussion on reputation accouting theory. That will be significant for standardizing and unifying the accouting practice, as well as for improving the quality of accounting information.
