Although the announcement was surprise count me among those who yelled “Hallelujah!” when the news became official.I always know you are a hard working person,and new the whole company will find out that too.I'm so happy for you and I'm sure you are the best person who are suitable to the job .

I do enjoy working with you; you’re once in a million when it comes to imagination, ideas and human relationship.
