this shipment already been shipped. the BL showed freight prepaid, but acctually it should be freight collect. pls help to collect the freight with CNEE, than we will give the debit note to your side soon. 这种事情需要和国外代理确认下的前面肯定有故事的, 否则收货人肯定会拒付的. 建议不要放提单先, 然后让shipper出邮件说这个单子是收货人付运费的
