it is ok to write like this.. but i suggest lg to write like : buy sb sth.. it is more specific.

get sb sth不是正规的说法。语法书里一般不出现。只有口语里面才会出现，不过一般不特指买sth，而仅仅表示拿xxx给sb。

e.g. Hey man, get me that coke, I am thirsty!
