1、You'd better do sth是：You had better do sth. 的缩写。
2、You would better 有这个结构，但是比较少见，比如：
You would better ask her round here .
你最好请她到这儿来。
You would better express the letter ; it is urgent .
你还是以快邮寄那封信好，那是很紧急的。
3、You had better 这个结构比较常见，在中学教材中一般是had better，而不是would better，比如：
You had better not be just playing with her feelings.
你最好不要只是玩弄她的感情。
You had better think over the matter at your leisure.
你最好有空的时候把那事情仔细想一下。
You had better get going or you will be late for school.
你最好快一点，不然上学要迟到了。

一般you would better 不怎么用，一般说 I WOULD LIKE/LOVE TO DO STH, 简写为 I'D LIKE/LOVE TO DO STH。

you would better 很少有见到用的！
