Harbin (simplified Chinese: 哈尔滨; traditional Chinese: 哈尔滨; pinyin: Hāěrbīn; Wade-Giles: Ha-erh-pin) is a sub-provincial city and the capital of the Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China（中国东北）.
