1 碎煤机振动的原因分析及对策碎煤机的振动可能来自以下方面:
(1)基础问题预埋螺栓的深度与牢固度以及垫板是否水平对抗振非常重要,一些剧烈的振动很可能来自基础的松动。
(2)轴承问题轴承损坏、游隙增大、轴承座螺栓的松动会导致转子振动加剧,应定期检查轴承运行情况、测量游隙。
(3)环锤碎裂会因异物及失去动平衡而出现剧烈振动与噪声,在短时间内损伤其他部件,更换环锤时须仔细称重、编排、保持动平衡。

2.1 碎煤机环锤的国产化美国进口的环锤,材料大多为45钢锻材,经调查,国内环锤用此材料淬火后淬透性及淬硬性都不够理想。碎煤机环锤工况恶劣,要抗冲击、耐磨、不能有裂纹。我们选用了高碳合金钢60Si2Mn(也是一种弹簧钢),主要是因为其抗冲击性好,有较好的淬透性与淬硬性,淬火后硬度达HRC38—
42,其疲劳强度及耐磨性都较好。实际制作时,要求对原材料的检验、热处理、最后探伤检验几个重要环节都进行有效的控制把关。我厂多年的使用实践证明,该国产化环锤极少开裂,耐磨性能良好。
2.2 栅板的国产化进口碎煤机的栅板采用铸钢件,加工后厚度达40 mln,TKK72×114型碎煤机栅板每块长2 819mln,宽约600 m/n,为弧形板,目前我们采用16Mn板材弯制加工而成。该栅板综合机械性能良好,冲击韧性较好,具有一定的耐磨性。我厂多年的使用证明其成本低、不会断裂,使用情况良好。其不足之处是耐磨性能不是十分理想,由于该碎煤机跨度大,栅板稍有磨损就会引起较大振动,因此对栅板耐磨性提出了更高要求,有必要寻求更耐磨、具有足够冲击韧性以适应碎煤机工况的材料制作栅板。

1 碎煤机振动的原因分析及对策碎煤机的振动可能来自以下方面:

2.1 碎煤机环锤的国产化美国进口的环锤,材料大多为45钢锻材,经调查,国内环锤用此材料淬火后淬透性及淬硬性都不够理想。碎煤机环锤工况恶劣,要抗冲击、耐磨、不能有裂纹。我们选用了高碳合金钢60Si2Mn(也是一种弹簧钢),主要是因为其抗冲击性好,有较好的淬透性与淬硬性,淬火后硬度达HRC38—
42,其疲劳强度及耐磨性都较好。实际制作时,要求对原材料的检验、热处理、最后探伤检验几个重要环节都进行有效的控制把关。我厂多年的使用实践证明,该国产化环锤极少开裂,耐磨性能良好。
2.2 栅板的国产化进口碎煤机的栅板采用铸钢件,加工后厚度达40 mln,TKK72×114型碎煤机栅板每块长2 819mln,宽约600 m/n,为弧形板,目前我们采用16Mn板材弯制加工而成。该栅板综合机械性能良好,冲击韧性较好,具有一定的耐磨性。我厂多年的使用证明其成本低、不会断裂,使用情况良好。其不足之处是耐磨性能不是十分理想,由于该碎煤机跨度大,栅板稍有磨损就会引起较大振动,因此对栅板耐磨性提出了更高要求,有必要寻求更耐磨、具有足够冲击韧性以适应碎煤机工况的材料制作栅板。
