1. How to Keep Healthy
It is important for all of us to stay in good health. At first, remember that the rational nutrition plays a significant role. The every day food is supporting our bodies. Thus, it is very important for health to give our body all it needs with regular meals. Natural vitamins in fresh greens, and non-polluted vegetables are important for us. So, you should have them in your every day ration. They are useful for adults, as well as for children. If you will not eat any vitamins then your organism will be weak, and you can easily get sick.
Second important thing you should do is to go in for sport. It is necessary that you need to spend more time outside and lead an active way of life. That helps in very big degree to keep our body strong and healthy, and mind fresh. When you will not go in sport you can get an obesity that is very bad for the health.
You should better avoid smoking and drinking too. If you are ignoring my advice, then you are going to be in big troubles. In this way you will destroy your health.
I believe that health is very important for everyone. It is really easy to destroy it, but then it is very hard, and sometimes impossible, to rebuild it. So, that will be wise to take care about your health today.
2. Healthy Lifestyle
First of all I would like to say that in today’s fast-moving world, people who are always on the go should follow a famous proverb, which says : “A sound mind in a sound body”. It means that everyone should maintain a healthy lifestyle and there are several ways to do it.
Firstly, people should exercise regularly, as it will help them to improve their immune system and fitness level and, of course, to keep in shape.
Secondly, it will be a good idea to have a balanced diet, since people should it healthy food, like vegetables and fruit, meat, fish and dairy products, which are high in essential minerals and vitamins. In addition, it will be better for them to limit the amount of junk food they eat, as it is low in nutrition.
Thirdly, people should have more time for relaxation. People should relax more to recharge their batteries and to have more interests and hobbies.
As for me, I have a healthy lifestyle, as I work out in the gym regularly, have proper meals, I don’t have bad habits and I always have a rest after school. So, I am usually in a good mood and I can always concentrate on studies.
All in all, I believe that if people lived healthier lives, they would be better equipped to deal with their stresses and pressures of modern life.
3. My vacation plans
I like vacations because it’s a good chance that I can have a rest and go sightseeing. I’m going to Beijing for the coming vacation. I haven’t been to Beijing before but I think it will be beautiful when the National Day is coming. I am leaving the next week and I am going with my family members. We will visit the Tian’an Men Square, the Summer Palace, the Great Wall and so on. We will also taste the famous Beijing food in restaurants there. I am sure I will have a great and relaxing time then.
4. How can I get to school.
I study in XXX Middle school which is not too far away from my home. Hence I have alternate ways to get to school. Normally, at sunny days and when it is not hot, I like walking along the streets to go to school. This gives me some exercise which good to my health. However, if the weather is not good, for example raining heavily or snowing, I choose to walk to the nearest bus stop to take a bus to save my walking and getting wet. Actually I can also go to school by cycling. I see some of my classmates do that and the school provides parking place for the bicycles.

More and more people care about their health nowadays.Hower,not all the people know how to keep healthy.Well,in my opinion,first, it is necessary to form a healthy eating habit.We should eat more vegetables and fruit,such as apples and pears.We had better not take too much meat and fat,which would do harm to our health.Second, it is important to do regular exercise,including running,swimming and playing ball games.Exercise can build up our bodies.Third,have enough sleep.We should have a sleep of not less than 8 hours every night.Let's try to keep healthy.
