I like 和I'd like 区别如下：

1、 I like的意思是我喜欢....，后面跟自己喜欢的对象，like是及物动词，后面加名词、代词、动名词。如：I like reading，我喜欢读书。

2、I like to do sth，我喜欢去做某事。

I like to swim, especially in the sea.

我喜欢游泳，尤其喜欢在大海中游泳。

3、I'd like to = I would like to=I want，表示的是我想要，不是我喜欢，喜欢某事应该是Like to do，我喜欢... ≠ I'd like to。
