To make it brief: The coach (PM) of a game starts his PM activities (that belong to PMLC) with players. Players go out there and play the game (develop software using SDLC) and come back and the coach participates further to close the game (administratively etc.) while all through the game (SDLC) the coach (PM) has still been working supporting the players and the game.
