We are learning english , not about english. A student can know all about english. And he may not be able to speak english. The people who only learn about english take english as a subject. This is a mistake. Geography is no skill while english is. You learn to swim by getting into water and swimming. You learn football by kicking a ball. We learn to speaking by speaking. Let us do more speaking if we want to learn english well. So you see there is a difference between " learning english and learning about english ". Now we want to learn english and we believe the best way to learn to speak english is by speaking.

As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits. However, bad eating habits are still very mon among us students. Some of us often go to school without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some others are particular about food; and still some eat or drink too much. All these bad habits will surely do harm to our health.
To keep fit, we should have various healthy diets, which generally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit as well as main food. Besides, we’d better have meals regularly.
In my opinion, we should try to develop healthy eating habits to build up a strong body. Only in this way can we have enough energy to study better.

In my opinion, people can use the Internet to make friends, download useful materials and go shopping online. It’s really very helpful. However, there are also many disadvantages about the Internet. If you can’t use it correctly, it may be harmful to you. In junior middle school, I was once crazy about playing online games and I couldn’t control myself. As a result, my study results were getting from bad to worse. Besides, if you believe whatever your friends say online, you will be cheated by them some day, I think.
As a student, we should spend more time on studying and less time on the Internet. Of course, if we can control our time of surfing the Internet, we surely can use it after school.

Some of us are having problems with our parents, as they often look into our school bags or read our diaries. I fully understand why we are not fortable about it, but there’s no need to feel too sad. Our parents are checking our bags or diaries to make sure we’re not getting into any trouble. They have probably heard some horrible stories about other kids and thought we might do the same. Or perhaps they just want to connect with us but are doing it all wrong. My suggestion is: Tell them we want them to trust us as much as we’d like to trust them. If you don’t think you can talk to them, write them a letter and leave it lying around—they are bound to read it.
