开始你讲一些之前学习英语的情况，你就用过去时吧。
"I found my english leave had fell"
英语水平下降不要加level，改成"I found my english was geting poor".
"I have not listened to english lasting one month"
have, lasting one month改为had, for one month或since last month.
"because my (new concept english)has lost"
参考"because I lost my (new concept english)".
"I pays less attention to english class ,i falles into light sleep.,as soon as english begining."
参考"I paid less attention to english class, I fell into light sleep as soon as the the class began".
"I am very sorry to my family"这里开始表达自己的情感，用一般现在时。
but i believe the day is better and better through my effort.
the day is better and better最好改为my english will be better and better.
on other hand.i will tell you ,my sister, bless you.
参考"on other hand, may god bless my sister."用词要言简意赅。
