大家晚上好，非常高兴也很荣幸，能站在这个讲台上，参加学生会*的竞选,今天我竞选的职位是学生会*。过去的工作经验和能力的积累，使我觉得自己有能力肩负这一重任，调解好老师和同学们之间的关系，组织好我系各项活动，丰富同学们的生活，相信在领导和老师以及各位同学的支持下我会很好的完成各项工作。
对于学生工作我是有着深厚的感情的，在初、高中时代我曾担任过班长的工作，获得了不少经验，一进入大学校门我就主动的加入了院学生会，成为了院纪律检查委员会的一员，这些年的学生工作的经验使我对学生会的结构和运作有一定的了解，也充满了热情，我自信能担任好学生会*一职。
如果我当选了汽车系学生会*，我将作好自己本职工作，在系领导、老师的指导下，以狠抓学风、班风建设为方向, 积极开展学生思想教育，努力提高本系学生的整体素质。“求真，务实，开拓，创新”，将我系的学生工作做“小”，做“细”，为同学服务，为老师分忧，在此基础上重点做好以下几点：
1、做好迎新工作，开展丰富、全面的入学教育活动，帮助T5级新生更快更好的适应在这里的生活，将“比学风，促班风”活动长久的开展下去，坚持开展以“三大竞赛”为代表的各项学习竞赛。浓厚我系学习氛围，使同学们充分认识到“勤学积淀才干，奋斗铸就未来”的理念。并选拔一批成绩优异的同学成立学科兴趣小组,帮助同学解答学习过程中遇到的困难。
2、 使学生会工作人性化，时常与班委及班级代表沟通，了解同学们在学习生活中的切实状况和存在的问题，切实解决广大学生的实际困难。开展主题丰富多彩的座谈会，让同学们与系领导面对面进行交流，鼓励并引导同学们参与到本系学生工作的讨论中，为学生工作添砖加瓦。在对待“热水收费”、“洗澡收费”等改革举措上，及时向系领导反映同学们的心声，积极探讨解决问题的方法；在针对“抵制日货”等一些敏感问题上，及时开展交流会，纠正部分偏激思想。
3、 正确引导“学通社”，“蓝宙科技小组”这些优秀社团开展活动。充分发挥“英语角”等特色小组的榜样作用，开展形式多样的学习娱乐活动，充分发挥他们的优势，让“看到汽车系文字，听到汽车系声音，了解汽车系文化”成为现实，为汽车系打开一个又一个的交流窗口。
4、 完善学生会内部的例会制度，做好各项会议的记录工作。精简学生会部门，明确各部门的工作范围，将各项工作细致地分配到部，提高办事效率，充分发挥各部的优势，让学生会每个成员得到充分的锻炼。
如果我竞选成功，我将努力做到：严格要求，严密制度，严守纪律；勤学习，勤调查，勤督办。以共同的目标来凝聚大家，以有效的管理来激励大家，以自身的行动来带动大家。努力做到大事讲原则，小事讲风格，共事讲团结，做事讲效果。我将用真诚、理解和信任对待我们的每一个部员，给他们一个宽松的自我发展和创造的空间。
参加这次竞选无疑又是一次绝好的锻炼机会，凭借这么多年的经验，凭借高涨的热情，我确信自己能够胜任学生会工作。今天我在这里努力争取这份责任，希望承担这份责任，不是为了荣誉和名号，或浮华背后的虚伪，而是希望伴随大家一起成长，一起为我系的学生工作献出一分微薄但很坚实的力量，大学生活，一路上有你有我，有彼此的祝福，期待，与信任。
