Parker was a college professor.He worked at the neighboring town by train.One day,he encountered an stray dog at the station.
When seeing its innocent eyes,he felt something sympathetic springing up in his heart.So he took it home.At first,his wife strongly opposed his behivor,But she saw that her husband and daughter loved the dog very much.
Finally she decided to accept the dog as a part of the family.They called it " Hachi."
Graally Hachi grew up from a puppy into a bigger one.
Every day ,Hachi accompanied Parker to go to the station on time.At 5:00 in the sk,it punctually appeared at the station exit to wait for Parker.
That was the tacit agreement between them.Around the station,the hot-dog vendor and the store proprietress always saw an impressive scene that once Parker came out from the station and called “Hachi”,the dog excitedly rushed forward,scratched his trousers,licked his face and groaned with pleasure.
In his free time,Parker wanted to teach Hachi to pick a ball with its mouth,even lying on the ground and picked the ball with his mouth to set an example for Hachi,but graally he felt it difficult to teach Hachi to do it.But one day,Parker went to the station as usual,suddenly he felt Hachi bitting his trousers.
When turning back,he found that Hachi should pick the ball,Parker was very happy.But he still leaved.At that time,Hachi had a premonition that it would never seeParker again.
In fact,it was the last precious recollections between them.Because on that day,Parker suddenly collapsed in the classroom,he died of the heart disease.
He never returned to the station.But Hachi didn’t realize it.Afterward,Hachi still waited for the professor at 5:00 pm every day.The leaves became green and yellow,the snow fell and began to melt.

有一天当帕克和往常一 样去上班的时候，八公突 然反常对着他叫，可能动 物对未来有一定的预感， 八公知道他的主人将会发 生不测，所以尽量的拖延 时间希望它的主人可以留 下，以前从来不屑于玩拣 球的八公一反常态的叼起 了球。然而，帕克教授却 没能理解那位日本朋友说 过的，秋田犬如果拣球的 话肯定是因为有特殊的原 因，八公最终无力挽回一 切，只能眼睁睁的看着主 人离去...... 就在那一天，帕克在大 学演讲时突然倒下，他因 心脏病突发而死亡，再也 没有回到车站……
帕克去世后，八公跟着搬去了他的女儿那，在那里八公无法平静 的生活，无法忘记它的主人，最后还是回来了，来这里等待主人的 归来…… 看到这一幕的时候，一直默默流泪的我放声大哭……
十年后，帕克的妻子回到了故里，发 现八公还在火车站等待着帕克……
之后，无论什么天气，每天傍晚五点，八公都来到火车站里等 候、凝视……第二天、第三天……从夏季到秋季，一直等到自己 变老变弱，等了整整十年。十年时间里，八公依然风雨无改，直 到它最后死去，始终如一。

His wife strongly opposed at first, and does everything possible to pack it off .But then she saw that her husband and daughter loved the dog very much and finally decided to admit the dog into the family. Parker called it"Hachi."
Hachi accompanied the Parker entire family to grow together , then it grew graally from the puppy into the colossus. Parker who was gentle even lay in ground and picked the ball with the mouth to set an example for Hachi , but it is actually unable to teach Hachi to do it . During leisure time , Parker also made the massage for Hachi. Every day ,Hachi accompanied Parker to work on time and at 5:00 in the evening appeared at the station entrance to wait Parker back. That was the time only for them! In the town, in the opinions of the station master, the hot-dog vendor and the store proprietress , this was the picture which already became accustomed to: That Parker comes out from the station to call “Hachi” and the dog excitedly went forward had already become the story which the station performed every day. One day when Hachi could pick the ball , Parker was very happy. However it was the last precious recollections between them……
Because on that day, Parker suddenly fell in the university lecture , he died of the heart disease .Then he never returned to the station. Afterward, Hachi waited the professor at 5:00 pm every day, waited…waited ......the next day, the third day ...... From summer to autumn, in the nine-year
period, Hachi still had no changes in the

Movie review
This film is based on a true story . That happened in Japan in
1935.So I was moved by the spirit of Hachi!
No one has the ability to show his love to only one person ring his whole life, let alone make friends with only one person; have the food that never changes year by year; do the same damn thing without complaining and consciousness of exhaustion. We can’t! However, what we could learn from Hachi is that we should never forget the one we once loved.
In fact , some research and statistics prove that pets are more sensitive in human’s diseases than we do. Hachi fetched that ball because he knew that his master would die because of his heart disease. It’s his only way to hold him back . Hachi has been waiting in the weeds, waiting for his only fellow to walk him home. His hope has been floating in the breeze, carrying his loneliness and misery all above the ground. Maybe professor knows, but he could never come back.
Hachi’s loyalty deeply touched me.
