Welcome to ** University. Welcome to ** University. Welcome to ** University. We know that our classmates, especially those who have entered the campus for the first time, must be very excited. 但是，生活就总体而言总是朴素的，因此也是平凡的。当这个激动期过去之后，你会发现，即使大学的生活也不像想象得那么令人激动。也许公寓宿舍有种种不便；也许食堂的饭菜不合自己的口味；也许有些课程、甚至一些原来很看好的课程也很乏味；也许发现原来大名鼎鼎的教授也很平常；也许满怀热情提出的某些建议久久没有回复；也许考试成绩不很理想；也许许多老师都可能太忙，根本注意不到你的麻烦和困扰；也许你们很多人在入校之前暗暗下的决心很快就忘了……。
But life is always plain and ordinary. When the excitement passes, you will find that even college life is not as exciting as you think. Perhaps the apartment dormitory has all sorts of inconveniences; maybe the canteen meals don't suit your taste; maybe some of the courses, even some of the courses that used to be good, are boring; maybe the famous professors are common; maybe some of the suggestions put forward with enthusiasm haven't been answered for a long time; maybe the exam results are not very satisfactory. Maybe many teachers are too busy to notice your troubles and troubles; maybe a lot of you are secretly determined to forget before entering school.

兴趣是学习的动力。我们希望同学们能够发现自己的兴趣，兴趣才是主动学习和知识创新的真正来源。其实，刻苦学习的人并不是因为他懂得了要刻苦，最主要是因为他从来没有感到学习的苦，“刻苦”从来都是局外人对行为的概括，而不是刻苦者的自我心理感受。
Interest is the driving force of learning. We hope that students can find their own interests, interest is the real source of active learning and knowledge innovation. In fact, the person who studies hard is not because he knows to work hard, most importantly because he has never felt the hardship of learning, "hard" has always been an outline of the behavior of outsiders, not the self-psychological feelings of the hard worker.
