much too实际上是too的变形，故可以修饰形容词和副词。如：
much too easy
It is raining much too hearily.
too much修饰不可数名词，其实是much的变形。

much too修饰的词由后面的too决定，too为副词，可修饰形容词，因此much too修饰形容词（其中much也为副词，可修饰形容词,副词的原型和比较级，表程度）

too much修饰的词由后面的much决定，much可修饰不可数名词，因此too much修饰不可数名词，too为副词
I have too much homework to do.
