�回族群众在饮食、服饰、丧葬等方面有这样一些风俗习惯。

饮食。以米、面为主，吃牛、羊、鸡、鱼肉等。逢年过节炸“油香”、“馓子”等食品。*很爱喝茶，招待客人时，还要在茶里加上冰糖、红枣等。清真风味小吃享有盛誉。回族（及信仰*教的民族），禁食猪、血液、自死动物等不洁之物和酒，以及“诵非真主之名而宰的动物”（即非经阿訇屠宰的动物、禽类）。其中禁食猪为最严格。忌讳别人在自己家里吸烟、喝酒；在吃馒头、烙饼时，忌囫囵吃，一定要掰作两瓣或更多的小块吃；禁用食物开玩笑；不能用禁食的东西作比喻，如形容辣椒的颜色象血一样红等。
服饰。一般中年以上的男子都戴白色小帽，穿白衬衫、黑坎肩；妇女戴黑、白或绿色的盖头，老年妇女爱穿黑色大襟衫袄，农村妇女喜欢穿色彩鲜艳的服装。�

丧葬。普遍实行土葬、速葬、简葬（或称薄葬）。回族称死亡为“归真”。一般在三日内即行埋葬。要请阿訇主持殡葬，将死者净身后用白布包身土葬，用移尸匣运入墓地。

回族人民很讲卫生，饭前饭后要洗手擦净，一般家庭都是窗明几净，一尘不染。他们尤其重视水源卫生。
