从语法来看，still表示然而，仍然的时候是并列连词，正规书写是后面没有逗号。但是你这个句子有点错误，因为though是从属连词，后面是不需再用并列连词still的，不然，句子一半像复合句，一半像并列句，语法上是错误的，这也是为什么，even though...but...也是错的，因为，but也是并列连词。

“still” 正规书写中能修饰整句，并且有逗号停顿。

后面有still就不对。因为even though 是不能喝but still等词连用的。
