【摘要】 目的 探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术的围手术期护理。方法 通过充分的术前鼻腔准备、适应性训练等和术后对各种并发症的行之有效的护理,确保患者顺利康复。结果 44 例均能主动配合手术,术后并发一过性尿崩13例,轻度脑脊液鼻漏3 例,高热2例,经过有效的护理护理措施,患者均治愈出院。结论 经单鼻孔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤创伤小、恢复快，做好围手术期的护理可促进病人早日康复。
[Abstract] Objective To explore by single nostril transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection of peri operation nursing care. Methods through full preoperative preparation, such as nasal adaptability training and postoperative complications of various effective care, ensuring that patients recover smoothly. Results 44 cases were able to cooperate with the operation, after operation in patients with transient diabetes insipis in 13 cases, mild cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea in 3 cases, high fever in 2 cases, through effective nursing measure, the patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion by single nostril transsphenoidal resection of pituitary adenoma with less trauma, quick recovery, good round surgical operation period nursing of patients and can promote early rehabilitation.
垂体肿瘤是鞍区最常见的肿瘤。发生率高，占颅内肿瘤的10—15%【1】。随着显微外科.神经放射学等的不断发展,目前国内外已普遍开展经蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤的微创手术方式。我科2008年至2010年采用经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除44例。效果良好。现将护理体会报告如下。
