主+系+表,跟在系动词（如：is,am,are)之后的句子做表语,就是表语从句；
The problem is who can drive the bus.
His suggestion is that we (should) have a meeting this afternoon.
Spring is when the flowers bloom.

主+谓+宾,跟在谓语后面的句子做宾语,谓语一般是动词
We all know that he has studied English since 1998.
I will like whatever you give to me on my birthday.

宾语从句前不能省略that而表语从句可以省略that
