请先把他们假设改成陈述句
1.What are you doing?
== You are playing the piano.
2.What is the capital of China？
==Beijing is the capital of China.
3.What does it look like？
it is big and long.
显然第一句 what=the piano作宾语 动词后面是宾语
第二句 what=Beijing 做主语
第三句what=big and long做表语 系（动词）表（语）结构
另外when作状语 which可作主语或宾语，why作宾语，how意思较多，视情况而定
