追答黑盒里有percy的犯罪证据以及雇佣percy犯罪的政界名人，而不把黑盒毁掉，percy就会利用黑盒威胁这些政界名人为他的罪行掩饰，percy有了把柄就能为所欲为。因为涉及国家内部机密，而一旦公布了黑盒内容，就会引起国民的愤怒，就会动摇国家的根本。所以不能公布黑盒，只能毁掉黑盒。让percy没有能威胁人的把柄，一旦把所有的黑盒毁掉后，就能对付percy本人了。
