Today, more and more people are willing to raise pets to get rid of loneliness. In America, the dog is human beings' friend, who is fairly loyal. People respect and love their pets. Nevertheless, raising pets will inevitably bring about a great number problems, such as hygiene, noise, and their habitant. To Shanghainese relief, there are particular regulations on raising dogs in Shanghai. To begin with, the owner should register for the dog, and bring his pet to hospital regularly. Then, the dogs are only admitted to the public places, such as cinema, bus, school. Eventually, on condition that the dog's size is quite large, it should wear a nozzle sleeve in case it will excrete. In my humble opinion, I really hold the belief that the regulations are useful to establish a clean and civil city, and Shanghai will be beautified as long as the regulations continue to be carried out.

Different people have different opinions about keeping pets. In my opinion, there are many disadvandages about keeping pets. First of all, pets can spread diseases. Sometimes people know them well and can find the solutions in time. However, other times the diseases are so strange that we can neither distinguish them or deal with them. Then, pets, especially some dogs, not only scare people but also attack people from time to time. Thankfully, the Shanghai government has put forward some constructive policies about keeping pets, which suggests its consideration for people. For example, one of the policies says that one family is only allowed to raise one dog. I highly appreciate these policies.

Today,keeping a pet is seen as a symbol of modernization and trend.Many people keep pets because they have a warm heart or feel lonely,but for the most part they think keep pets can make the whole family cute and lively.
Though keeping a dog or cat is a good thing,we should be aware of some potential danger that pets may bring.First,pets have parasites so they can lead to some invisible illness to young kids.Second pets will drop hair and excrete at their pleasure so it may annoys you.Thirdly,although pets are docile ,they also have possibilty to hurt their owner,So watch out!
Shanghai has its own measures as to keep pets.In my opinion,keeping pets is a good way to relax and enjoy the merriment nature brings to us.But we should be careful when we are going to keep pets because we need to think other people and the enviroment.Only in this way can we have harmony with others and live a happy life with your sweet heart.
