more and more bad news about food problem was reported recently, so how to eat safely become a question to us. in my opinion, it'd better eat at home and cook by yourself, go to market and buy fresh organic vegetables.
How we know the food have problems when we buy on the market? These are some suggestions, learn some food knowledge from the magazine or some profession food news, besides, see the components if it match the law of proce quality safety. Moreover, the government should strengthen monitor the food market before the unqualified goods reach the market.

Food safety is very important to us. How can we make food safe? Here are some suggestions:

Third, we should buy and eat food carefully. If the food is in bags, we should read the
