依我的经验，在电话面试中，对方不会给你时间让你这样长篇大论的。
面试的关键是：
1、你要听懂对方的有地域口音的英语（如果用英语的话，对你可能是个问题），要问什么答什么，不能答非所问。
2、目前你要做是尽量收集对方的资料，猜测对你申请的职位来说对方可能要问的问题。对方可能会问你对这个职位的想法、你申请这个职位的优势等。而你的上述材料（材料中要体现你申请此位子的优势。如没优势，为什么要用你？），是应该在事先给他们的简历中给他们的。
3、由于对方是新加坡人，你不妨在用英语的面试中听不懂时，直接用中文问答。其实你的英语交流能力从你一张嘴，人家就能感觉出来。听说过拿破仑问士兵三个问题的故事吗（有一次他换了问题的顺序，结果士兵事先准备的答案就成了笑话）

Nice to have a chance of telephone interview, i am ..., and graated from Wu Han Science University and my major is computer science and technology. i am specialized in the matainance and construction of network. i am quite perfessional in basic computer operating such as OFFICE software. I got my science master degree last year and i am a diligent person in the university. During my study, i studies hard to get the scores and actively take part in school activities.As a freshman, i took part in the paractice activity and in the second year, i took up an part-time job to investigate the mobile market in the weekends. In my last year, i worked as an administration manager in the second semester and in charge of the logistics part of the company. For example, i took part in the recrument, training and assesment. i took charge of the contracts keeping and clints reception. I scheme the management and operation with the general manager to enhance the general interests and i get along well with my colleges. In this March, i worked as a sales in Wu Han San Yuan Special Materials Co., Ltd. I intended to work in Singapore and develop my career in a foreign country. Due to the difficulty in my family, i need a stable job with considerable salary.Singapore is a beautful country with highly developed commercials,manufacture,architecture, financials,traffic and telecommunication. I look forward to work in this beautiful country.
