正确做桂圆干应该是这样子做的
桂圆干的家常做法的做法
1、龙眼搞的时候柄要留一些,以免影响保存。
2、龙眼准备拿去晒前,一定要记得煮一锅开水,在水里焯,去掉表皮的细菌,不然没等晒成干,龙眼已是坏在里面了。
3、晒好的桂圆干,易于保存,用密封罐,可塑料袋封好口,放在阴凉处即可。
