这里当然要填swim啊！因为是一般现在时。动词的ing形式是不能当做谓语出现的，直接就说
I swimming. 的话这个句子就是错误的！必须加上be动词，如 I am swimming.（我正在游泳），或就说I swim. 这样句子结构才完整，正确。
所以动词的ing形式只用于以下几种情况：
be+doing 现在进行时标志，表正在做某事
介词+doing 介词比如by,on,against等。
see / watch / listen等感官动词+doing 表示看到/听到某人正在做某事，上面有详细的例子。
固定搭配，如 finish doing sth.完成做某事。这些固定搭配上面也有。或者以后老师也会慢慢讲到。背下来就可以了。

动词ing 又叫动名词 是具有名词词性的动词变形
一般BE动词后跟动名词 特定的动词后面如enjoy后面跟动名词
进行时态 过去进行时 将来进行时 完成进行时里也会用到动名词
