Hey! Hello, everyone. My name is XXX. I am XX years old. In my life I have a good habit of many,of course, there are many bad habits. I get up early every day, because I don't want to be late for school. For breakfast, I like to drink milk, eat bread. I think it is delicious. Class, say I never andothers, because I want to listen to the teacher. At lunch time, I always eat fruits and vegetables,it's good for our health. Like everyone else, I have good and bad habits. Most of my habits don’t have a very serious effect on my daily life. Unfortunately, one of them does. I am a procrastinator. I always put off doing things until the last possible moment. I picked up this bad habit from my brother. This habit really causes me problem, especially when I have many assignments e^ about the same time. My life seems to run in cycles of leisurely heaven and incredibly frantic hell. I wish I could get rid of this terrible habit.

today i am going to talk about the things that around us might affect our health or appreance.
there are many things could affect us, mainly our habit. well, have a good sleeping is very important of our health, if you don't get high quality sleeping time, then your health will be very bad. Eating vegatable, milk and meat are also really good to our health, it helps us to grow faster and make us healthier!
there are also many bad habits that we have to change, like always watching your phone, the screen is very easy to hurt your eyes and the radiation will destroy our body system too. and do not speak bad words, this habitat happened in everywhere, it makes us look so bad and low.
