呵呵，他们的都不全对。听我的：
1.This is the first time I have done something. (句型This is the first time ...规定后用完成时）
2.Time permiting,I will go over allthe lessons before the exam. （time与permit 是主动关系。）
3.The price of the shirt is low. （price 与low 意思搭配,不与cheap 搭配。）
4.I am very uncomfortable lying on this hard,cold floor.（lie -- lying 躺，lay 是 lie的过去式，不能加-ing了； lay如果是原型，意思就成了“下蛋”“放置”了，与本句的意思无关。

强烈要求采纳为最佳。:)

3 cheap改为low
4 laying改为lying

不敢肯定啊！试试吧，希望对你有所帮助。手机打字好麻烦啊！1一般情况下the first time的句型用过去时，do改为did 2permitting应该是现在分词，因为后面用将来时 3high因为PRICE只能说高high低low 4lying一定要分清lie（说谎，平躺）和lay（放置）各自的意思以及他们的分词形式，

这句话的意思是，如果时间允许的话，我想把在考试之前把课文全部温习一遍。

do改成did。
the first time 常是回忆做某事的第一次,the first time做主语,如例句
The first time I drove car was in the age of 18.我第一次开车是在18岁,所以一般用在对过去的叙述;

3,The price of the shirt is low

cheap改成low.
说东西便宜的时候是cheap，而价格便宜，也就是价钱低。

4，I am very uncomfortable to lay on this hard,cold floor

lay前加to，这是uncomfortable的用法，记住就好

如The weight of the overcoat made it uncomfortable to wear.
这件大衣很重,穿着不舒服

句意为：我躺在冰凉的硬地板上很不舒服。/我感觉很不舒服躺在硬的冰冷的地板上。（直意）
