DEFERRED LC 是指有数期的 L/C. 即使你的文件没有不符点, 也要等到期日银行才付款.

AT 60 DAYS AFTER B/L ON BOARD DATE 是提单船开日期后60天为付款日．ON BOARD DATE 当日不计，如船开2月12日，则2月13日为第一日，数到第 60日．,It me : -
1. LC does not call for draft.
2. Payment of LC will be effected at 60 days after on board date (provided pliant documents presented)
3. only deferred payment bank can finance the documents (not negotiation). Usually, LC would state deferred payment at 60 days after BL on board by xxx bank(eg LC issuing bank). Me only LC issuing bank can finance the bills, no authorization has been given to any other bank.,that me 60days after the shipment on board date, the bank will pay the money into your business bank account.,
