I all alone beweep my outcast state

十四行诗有三个特点：1是每首14行；2是音律为抑扬格（又称轻重格，即iambic）；3是有五个音部（pentameter）。所以诗也有五抑五扬，有些一个单词为抑（扬），有些一个单词可既有抑又有扬，有些两个（或更多）单词为一个抑（扬）。看具体情况而定。
如第一行：
When in disgrace with fortune and man's eyes.个人意见为

其他多听听朗读，就能读的差不多了。不要太拘泥。
