Your “End Canada’s License to Kill” Campaign is great. Thank you for caring about the seal-hunter. However, the seal-hunter provides a livelihood to thousands of coastal inhabitants who raise their families only living by the seal procts.
However, it's unnecessary to worry seriously because the seal-hunter is humanely directed. There are several rules made for all seal hunters. Initially, seals can be hunted only including six species and the baby seals excluded . Moreover, the three-step process ensures that seals do not suffer unnecessarily (recommended by the Independent Veterinarians Working Group). Hunters must shoot or strike seals on the top of the cranium. After clubbing or shooting the seal, the hunter must check its eyes to ensure whether it is dead. If the seal is still alive, the hunter must cut the its main arteries immediately. it will make sure of an euthanasia of the seal.

dwellers. They have to rely on seal procts to provide for their families.
Moreover, there are several rules and regulations that have been established for the best interest of
preserving the seal population. First, only six species of seals can be hunted, and baby seals can not be hunted.
Second, seal hunting must be concted humanely. To ensure that seals do not suffer prolonged and painful
death, a three-step killing process, recommended by Independent Veterinarians Working Group, must be adopted
in seal hunting; otherwise, the hunters will lose their licenses.
Seal hunting is currently a controlled and regulated activity. Preserving seal population is also on our top agenda.
