找到序列后,ncbi上面靠左一些,屏幕的1/4处,有链接可以直接点.

After loading on the NCBI main webpage, you can search your gene or protein of interest by entering their names or other key words such as accession number into the searching bar. And use the pull-down menu to select your proper category such as protein or nucleotide. All the results will be shown that match your key words. You find the gene or protein that is exactly your target and click in. The information will be shown in GenBank mode in default. If you want to down load the sequence in FASTA format, just click the FASTA link right below the name of the gene or protein. The gi number is right there. You can also find the gi number in GenBank format through the version information.
