如何留住潜在客户呢?我认为只要坚持两点,真正的客户就跑不了。
1、专业。对自己的产品和行业非常专业,因为我们最开始和客户是通过这个产品沟通上的,你很快速明了的就说出了他不明白的问题和疑虑,那对方就会很注意我们了。
2、态度。人都是希望被尊重的,当客户询问我们或和我们谈事情的时候我们一定要诚恳和热情的向客户宣导和沟通,这样就会让对方感觉很好、很舒服。人很多时候都是跟着感觉走的。最重要的就是坚持,一定要学会坚持,不能因任何理由放弃或妥协。相信自己,坚持做,会有收获的。我是相信的,你相信吗?

客户有好几种:确实有需求的,打探行情的,在开拓这个产品的等等。只有客户本身在市场中,又有需求,才会比较快速的下单。如果客户是打探行情的,不是没有下单可能,往往需要你确实比他目前的供应商有明显优势,他才会考虑换采购渠道。至于在市场开拓阶段的客户,期望值不能太高,客户往往也需要比较长的时间。我们能做的尽可能配合客户,在联系过程中充分体现我们的实力,优势等等,让我们成为客户下订单的首选供应商。
