-跟你讲，只要是e-mail，都认为是不正规的写信方式。。。要么就用手写写信过去你要正规的写的阿，要么e-mail只要格式漂亮一点，都无所谓了。。

=额，没办法，怎么写都是需要有点命令的语气的，没办法，只能生硬的写过去。。否则你要不到你要的东西。。只管要就是。。。外国人很kind很能理解的。其实他们都读不进语气什么的。只要说明了你的来意和用意他们会很高兴给予帮助的。。。
