friends.这里的all是修饰的friends。所以要放在其后。在说道你的第2个句子：i

all这里的all修饰的是them应和第1个句子是一个道理。而放在can后面个人经验来看英语好像没见过这种情况。如果can是个be动词，那是可以的。

第一句，all
作为同位语时，其位置：1.在实义动词前；2.在be动词之后；3.在第一个助动词之后。
如：They

第二句，all
是them
的同位语，故应放在them之后。
