I'm sorry I have to ask for two days off, because I had a toothache yesterday.
I am feeling very bad.I can't study freely in class .I went to see a doctor in the hospital.He gave me some medicine and asked me to stay in bed for two days .So I'm sorry to ask you two days leave. I hope you can ratify my ask. Thank you very much.

i am sorry but i have ask for a leave fo ttwo days because recently i have a toothache and after the check ,the doctor suggested that i should stay at hospital to prevent the wound becoming inflamed .
I would like to have your permission
