楼主所说的"意见/看法"并不是指标 advice/suggestion/oppinion/point of view之类的,这种是不带感*彩的词. 实际上他是指带有"不同或者是反对意见"的意思在里面.可以用以下方式表达"有不同意见":

1.我不同意你的看法:
A.I disagree with you.
B.象<飞屋环游记>里面说的: I am not with him(you).

2.我对你的意见不满:
A.I am not satisfied with your proposal.
B.I do not like your opinion.

3.我对你本人有意见：
I dislike you.
I don't like you.
I hate you!
I feel uncomfortable to stay with you.

i guess your point is the unpleasant emotion, which is relating to "dissatisfied".

complaint: a reason for dissatisfaction. (maybe a little too much)
comment: an indirect expression of the views, especially critical ones, of the writer of a play, book, film, or similar work. (this one could be perfect.)

so, the translations:

many people have comments/complaints on the expert.
i'm dissatisfied with/at you.
