ORA-600 [kpncxcc-3] / ORA_600 [kpnxdcbk-2] / mp ttcrd2r can occur
when using a database link from 11g (or higher) to a remote
10.2 (or lower) database.

所以，打补丁9362194或者升级到11.2.0.2等以上版本

目标表名不规则会导致该类问题，比如目标表的大小写，是否全部为数字

有可能是oracle自身的bug，我也经常遇到这样的错误
