Check the system time on the machine.

ORA-600 [2252] can be reported when the system time has been changed
or is very different from what the database is aware of.

If the Known Issues section below does not help in terms of identifying
a solution, please submit the trace files and alert.log to Oracle
Support Services for further analysis.

这可能是由于 scn过高导致的错误，需要trace进一步分析问题
