有3种情况：
1. 从句即that后用过去式。表示过去发生的动作。如，
She told/said that she walked to school yesterday. (昨天表示过去)
2. 用had+动词的过去分词。表示在过去的过去发生的动作，即表示发生在told和said之前的动作。told/said是tell和say的过去式，表示过去发生的动作。如，
She told/said that she had finished his work.（"完成工作“发生在”说“之前）
3.用动词原形或三单现。表示客观事实。如，
She told that the sun rises from the east every day.
She said that the stars run faster than the earth.
