Um... I hate to tell you guys this, but there are more than a few problems with these questions. First of all, a lot of questions don't have completely right answers. Also, many of the questions contain incorrect grammar... It's pretty disturbing actually. As a native speaker of English, I suggest that you don't take these questions seriously and run grammar exercises like this by a native speaker before posting them on the internet. Oh, and before I forget, the person who posted D, C, A, B, D, B, B, D, B, D... clearly doesn't speak English as his/her first language.

One more thing... "since" and "because" are the SAME thing.
