DropDownList1的绑定数据
this.DropDownList1.DataSource = 数据源
this.DropDownList1.DataValueField = 只绑定字段
this.DropDownList1.DataTextField = "显示绑定字段";
this.DropDownList1.DataBind();
this.DropDownList1.Items.Insert(0, new ListItem("Select", "/"));

Programme.SelectedValue 这个是选定的值还有id什么的 text什么的
